Season Log Templates

Use these templates for every season to keep testing, tuning, and event logs consistent.

Templates in this folder​

  • Weekly log – use per week; duplicate/rename by date.
  • Prototypes – capture experiments (pass/fail) with evidence.
  • Tuning notes – record control values, data, and next steps.
  • Postmortem – event/season retros with actions and owners.

How to use​

  1. Copy the needed template into your season folder and rename with YYYY-MM-DD-description.md.
  2. Fill the required fields: subsystem, requirement ID, data collected, outcome/action.
  3. Link evidence (logs, photos, videos, commits, CAD).
  4. Keep one log per test/session; never delete failures—mark them deprecated/abandoned.

Logs must contain: the requirement being validated, the data collected, and the outcome/action taken.
