Steps
- Create team folders/documents; set permissions and sharing.

- Create templates for parts, assemblies, and drawings.
- Define material presets (aluminum, polycarb, steel) and default appearances to spot material errors.
- Set up drawing title blocks with revision fields and approval lines.
