What to capture

Standards

  • Brand kit: approved logos (formats), typography, palette with hex/RGB/CMYK, spacing rules, do/don’t usage.
  • Assets: source locations (e.g., Drive/Repo), file naming/versioning, preferred formats (SVG/PNG/AI), export specs for web/print.
  • Requests: intake form/process for new assets; required info (audience, channels, sizes, due date).
  • Review: approvers, turnaround time, criteria (brand alignment, legibility, accessibility).

Templates

  • Social/announcement templates (dimensions, safe zones).
  • Slide template with brand elements.
  • Print template (flyers/posters) with bleed/margins.
