• Each season keeps game, strategy, robot, testing, and events subfolders.
• Use dated filenames (YYYY-MM-DD-description.md) for major updates.
• Every document lists owner, last updated date, objective, and status (draft/active/archived).
• When strategy changes, archive prior versions and note the rationale.

⚠️ Strategy documents must reflect reality. If the robot or rules change, update the docs immediately.
